pOLICIES & Procedures

WHEN

  • Kids' N Joy will take place every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • We follow all EPISD holidays, closures, and delayed starts.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • A Registration Form will need to be completed for each child.
  • A copy of each child’s immunization record will be needed.
  • Weekly rate is $20 for one child, $30 for two children, and $40 for three or more.

PICKUP & DROP-OFF

  • A printed security tag will be printed at the Welcome Center. (We will explain our check-in system.)
  • Please return the bottom half of the tag to the teacher of your child’s class when picked up.

WHAT TO BRING

  • As of August 17, mask will remain optional.
  • Children under the age of two and those potty training should being extra clothes.
  • Lunch and snack are not provided; please bring own.
  • Please label everything you bring for your child.
  • Please do not allow toys from home, unless it is something needed to comfort the child.

WE GREATLY APPRECIATE

  • Please do not bring your child(ren) if they have had any of the following symptoms within the previous 24 hours: fever, rash, diarrhea, coughing, vomiting, red, or irritated eyes, yellow or green drainage from nose or eyes.
  • We would greatly appreciate a notification if a child is going to be out. Text or email Martha Jackson at (915)345-4006 or mjackson@fbcep.com or call the church office at (915)533-1465. This allows families on the waiting list to come.
